You further agree to update your account information promptly if any details change. 75pk shall bear no responsibility for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 75pk account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. All activity carried out using your 75pk account credentials will be deemed to have been authorised by you. 75pk reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide a reason for refusal.
All transactions on the 75pk Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 75pk supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and USDT. 75pk does not accept deposits from payment methods that are not registered in your own name. Using a payment method belonging to a third party is a violation of these Terms and may result in account suspension.

In jurisdictions where the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities is not permitted, 75pk's liability shall be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law. In no event shall 75pk's total aggregate liability to you exceed the total net deposits made by you to your 75pk account in the ninety (90) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
